We take great pains to ensure that each cartridge we deliver is high quality and problem-free. It goes through high level of strict QC tests.

However, in the unlikely event a cartridge gives a problem, you should take a short video of the problem, take picture of the cartridge model number printed on the cartridge,photo of the barcode printed on the cartridge and lastly also the photo of the printer showing the model number of the printer. Write a brief note as to what is the exact nature of the problem Post these details to our email id.
